Rebecca Andrews 

Rebecca is an owner and the principal agent of Fortress Insurance Services. She has a passion for helping people navigate the complex world of health insurance. As a broker she will research all the insurance plans available and assist families, people on Medicare and employer groups find the best fit. Rebecca has worked in health insurance for the last 10+years and previously as a healthcare practitioner, so she understands all sides of the business. Her mission is to always provide a professional, educational and enjoyable experience.  

Rebecca is a native Phoenician and grew up in the north Phoenix area back when there was lots of surrounding desert and even orange groves. She is a proud graduate of ASU with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and also Midwestern University with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She enjoys hanging out with her family and stays busy shuttling kiddos to cheer, scouts and soccer events. 

 

 

Brett Andrews, CWS

Brett has worked with individuals and businesses since 1998. His mission is to help clients reach their goals while managing risk in their total financial situation. With 20 years experience in the financial industry Brett has helping clients during some of the most volatile financial markets in history, this led him to develop new and unique methods for reducing risk. These methods include far more than just traditional stocks, bonds, and mutual funds and may differ depending on each client’s individual needs. To accomplish this Brett has combined modern financial planning techniques with technical, quantitative, and behavioral analysis, to achieve a truly unique and dynamic approach to total wealth management.

Justin Lunde, MBA, CRPC

Justin grew up in North Dakota where much of his family still resides today. In 2004, he moved to the valley, and now lives with his two young children in the Phoenix area. Away from work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His interests include hiking, motorsports, and learning new things. He also enjoys traveling and visiting the family lake home in Minnesota.

Qualification & Experience

Justin has studied business and finance at Arizona State University and in 2008 received his MBA from University of Phoenix. In addition, he has successfully completed the FINRA Series 7 & 66 Registrations and holds his Life and Health Insurance license in Arizona. Having began his career in Financial Services with Wachovia Securities, Justin had a successful career as a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors. Justin worked in Surprise for JC Grason from 2011-2014, before moving to Fortress in May of 2014.

With his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, Justin demonstrates a specialized knowledge and professional commitment to helping those at or near retirement. With a focus on client-centered problem solving, he’s helped many clients navigate through the entire retirement planning process.

Justin now focuses his Professional time & energy in the Group Health division of Fortress Insurance Services. He retired from the Financial division of Fortress in May of 2022.

 

Robert Schnettler

Robert works at Fortress as a health and life insurance specialist as well as the marketing director. When he first joined the team back in 2014 he started as an intern while attending Arizona State University. In 2015, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Before moving to Arizona, Robert served in the U.S. Navy Seabees as a Construction Electrician. During his six years of active duty service he played a crucial role in the completion of several high-level projects. One of these projects was completing a hospital in Afghanistan which played a pivotal role in saving troops lives. Robert has a passion for serving others, not only in his work life but also in his personal life. On different evenings of the week Robert takes some time to teach mixed sports to the youth in the community. Robert's values are: Integrity, Stewardship, and Hard-work.  


Randy Daughtery

Innovative and performance driven, Randy has dedicated his career to building, consulting and scaling start-up companies/small businesses. With over 20 years of financial services experience, Randy has worked for several Fortune 100/500 organizations, originally beginning his career as a licensed insurance producer. With his vast knowledge and experience in corporate structuring, human resources, project management, employee recruiting/training, digital marketing, sales models/growth, software systems, product pricing, he has taken this knowledge and applied them to building his own companies. Randy owns and operates a real estate investment firm, an information publishing company and a digital marketing firm. He presently holds a series 63 and SIE license(s) and fulfills a role with Fortress Financial Strategies as a Jr. Analyst/Marketing Associate. Randy enjoys martial arts, playing guitar, hiking, painting, photography, golf, racket ball, tennis and walking his dogs.
